Крышка и держатель резиновые. Достаточно прочные. Пахнут резиной, но не сильно.
Держатель и крышка держатся на стакане плотно.
В руке держать удобно.
С продавцом не общалась.
Заказом довольна.
Буду заказывать ещё.

Доставили очень быстро, даже на два дня раньше заявленного срока. Посылку забирала из пятерочки. Описанию соответствует, в комплекте шли крышка и резиновый ободок, чтобы держать.
Проблемы возникли, когда я налила кофе. Поскольку кружка металлическая, она очень быстро греется, и резиновый ободок тоже нагревается за три секунды и держать кружку становится невозможно. Получается, что эта штука подходит только для холодных напитков, что, конечно, грустно, так как я покупала её именно для кофе
